Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
- To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8,000)
- For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700)
- We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the LiquorAct 1998 (VIC), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.

Shipping Policy & Returns Policy
We are unable to hold orders for a delivery on a specific date.
If you have chosen the pickup delivery option, collection is available by arrangement only at our Cellar Door, 125 Swifts Rd, Glenaladale.
All orders are shipped through Australia Post.
Approximate shipping times within Australia are 2-7 Business Days
If you don’t receive your order within 10 business days, please let us know via email to h.c.hooch@outlook.com.au
We are currently only accepting orders within Australia.
If the shipping address is unattended, we will leave the order somewhere safe, unless otherwise specified.
If the delivery address is entered incorrectly the order will be returned to High Country Hooch. The order will then need to be re-sent at the expense of the Purchaser.
